What could be causing my child to have pain in her arms?

My baby just turned two years old last month. The other day she was feeling just fine and I took her to daycare like usual. In the middle of the day, the daycare called and said she wouldn't lift or really move her left arm. I took her to the ER to get checked and the x-ray said she had dislocated her elbow. They said they snapped it back in place. After that she was back to her normal self. Today, the daycare called me again and said she wouldn't move either arm. I took her to the ER again and they believe that it could be muscle spasms. My baby acts normal like she's feeling fine she just can't lift her arms but a very little bit. She isn't acting any different nor is she walking different or anything like that. She's acting just like a normal two-year old that can't lift her arms. She said it hurts her to lift them and she will cry real tears if she tries to do so. I'm just trying to see if anyone has ever heard of this before and possibly knows what this is. Thanks!
In response to the answer given, wouldn't the arms out of socket show up on a x-ray? Also, by that evening, my baby was completely back to normal as far as I could tell. Thanks for all responses. I appreciate any help given at all.

Is she having any signs of her arms not moving at home?
From your question it has been both times at daycare.
If an attendant lifts your child up from the arms that can cause damage. It could be nerve damage, that will NOT show up on x-rays.
The fact that her one x-ray showed a dislocated elbow, that is caused from either tugging her and her not wanting to go, or lifting her up with her arms.
Either way this is not good for her.
My advise is to get a new daycare or have nanny cam access to her care so during the day you can monitor her and the level of care she is getting.
If the daycare refuses the nanny cam, then my hunch is that are pulling/tugging her and causing her this pain and trauma.

Video baby monitors with two receivers?

My husband and I are expecting our first child in 2 weeks. We are trying to find a kind of digital/video baby monitor that has 1 camera we can point at his crib, but with two receivers/video monitors that way we can each have one? Or to put one in our bedroom and one downstairs. Does anyone know of something like this? Thanks.
