It is an add-on camera for a Ethos Baby Monitor system
Less than three seconds using Yahoo Search. Do you know about Yahoo Search and how you can find things in just a few strokes of your keyboard?

Answer
From my experience any item under $10-$15 you won't make hardly anything from because of all the fees the are incurred by e bay and pay pal.
E bay has really changed over the years which has all been in their favor.
I have found over the many years of selling that having a store with a fixed price works best for me.
If you use these items mentioned and the make your store "Unique" with
some handmade items that would make all the difference in the world.
Finding someone on a fixed income that could really use some extra money that can sew, knit etc. would help your store and the people that you find to make things.
There's just too much stuff made from China these days.
Having things that are cute and out of the ordinary will draw customers to your store.
Grandparents and relatives love homemade baby items.
